A. Shipping
Production Time
All of our items are printed on demand. This means your order is made just for you once it is placed.
Production time: Usually 3–7 business days.
Shipping Time
Shipping times depend on your location. Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days after production. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
International Orders
We currently ship within the U.S, to Canada and Mexico.
For orders to other countries, please contact us before ordering.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
B. Returns & Replacements
No Returns or Exchanges
Because each product is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your order before confirming it.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We want you to be 100% happy with your order. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at hello@katsaysmerci.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include a photo of the issue so we can make it right by sending a replacement at no extra cost.
