All items are made to order and printed on demand by our trusted U.S.-based production partners. This means each item is created just for you. Slight variations in color or placement may occur due to the custom printing process and differences in screen displays—this is part of what makes each piece special.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). We accept secure payment methods including major credit cards. Any applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout.

3. Shipping

We ship directly from U.S. vendors. Delivery times depend on the product and shipping destination, and most orders arrive within the estimated window provided at checkout. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions.

4. Returns & Damaged Items

Because each item is printed just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged.

If your order arrives with a defect or has been damaged in transit, please email us at hello@katsaysmerci.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item showing the damage

We’ll review your request and work with you to replace the item at no cost.

All artwork, designs, photos, and written content on this site belong to Kat Says Merci and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We’re proud of our products and stand by their quality. However, we are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues that arise from the use (or misuse) of our products, or from shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.
